Terms of Service

Effective: August 3, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Max Power, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Max Power.

3. The service

Max Power is a self-optimization app organized around four pillars (Mind, Body, Wealth, Soul), with daily goals, progress tracking, and an AI-generated avatar that evolves as you progress.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Max Power offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual). Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. AI-generated content

Your avatars are generated by AI from the selfie you provide. They are stylized, AI-created images — not photographs — and results vary. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use that image and you authorize us and our AI providers to process it solely to generate your avatars, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t upload photos of people who haven’t consented, don’t upload unlawful or infringing content, don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t misuse it in any way that violates law or these Terms.

8. Your content

You retain rights to the photo you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to operate the avatar feature and provide the service.

9. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, and content (excluding your uploaded photo) are owned by Unhinged Ventures and protected by law.

10. No professional advice

Max Power supports personal goal-setting and self-improvement. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unhinged Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
